DimVoices is a platform that helps voice actors, scriptwriters, and creators connect, collaborate, and complete projects. We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Marketplace Rules
- Creators must describe jobs clearly (requirements, budget, deadlines).
- Talent must deliver original work and follow agreed project terms.
- Disputes should be handled professionally; harassment is not allowed.
4. Payments & Fees
Payments may be processed through Stripe. Platform fees may apply and will be shown where relevant. Subscription access and renewal rules are described on the Subscriptions page.
5. User Content
- You keep ownership of content you upload, unless you license it to others as part of a job.
- You grant DimVoices permission to host and display your content for platform operation.
- Do not upload content you don’t have rights to use.
6. Prohibited Use
- No fraud, impersonation, or misleading job posts.
- No hate, harassment, explicit illegal content, or doxxing.
- No hacking, scraping, or attempting to bypass security.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, or if required to comply with law or platform safety.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
DimVoices is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that projects will result in payment, work, or opportunities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DimVoices is not liable for indirect damages.
