Payout Policy

Stripe Connect: DimVoices uses Stripe Connect for creator payouts. To receive payouts, you must complete Stripe onboarding.

1. Eligibility

  • You must have a verified DimVoices account.
  • You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and provide required identity/bank info.

2. Payout Timing

Payout timing depends on Stripe processing and your bank. In many cases, funds are transferred after successful payment.

3. Platform Fees

DimVoices may deduct a platform fee from each job payment (displayed at checkout). Fees are separate from Stripe processing fees.

4. Failed or Delayed Payouts

Payouts may fail or be delayed due to incomplete Stripe verification, bank issues, or compliance checks.

5. Chargebacks / Disputes

If a client disputes a charge, payouts may be paused or reversed depending on the outcome.
