Note: DimVoices is a marketplace. Refunds may depend on whether the charge was for a subscription or a job payment.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period starts. If you were charged in error or experienced a verified technical issue preventing access, contact support.

2. Marketplace Job Payments

Payments for jobs are processed through Stripe and may include platform fees. Refund eligibility depends on project status and dispute outcome.

  • If work was not delivered as agreed, clients may request a dispute review.
  • If work was delivered, refunds may be denied or partially granted depending on evidence.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback with your bank, we may suspend your account while we investigate. We encourage contacting support first so we can resolve it faster.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@dimvoices.com with:

  • Account email
  • Transaction date/amount
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any screenshots or context

5. Processing Times

Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank/processor.
